LOCATION: Detroit, Michigan
 Ann Arbor Ceiling & Partition is one of the many contractors currently working on the MGM Detroit Casino Project. This overall job, at a value of over 750 million dollars, is currently the largest construction project being built in the state of Michigan. It consists of a 400 room hotel with 30,000 sf of convention and event space & and over 100,000sf of gaming space. It will also have several restaurants, shops, and other entertainment venues. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of the summer, 2007. Our contract includes all of the wall and ceiling work in the back of house areas as well as various venues located throughout the main casino level.
