2007 INTEX AWARDS WINNER: Lear Headquarters

LOCATION: Southfield, Michigan

This project consisted of construction of a new ground up facility that will house Lear’s office employees, and will serve as their new world headquarters. The interior of the building contains many elaborate finishes, such as floating cloud ceilings and stainless steel panels located throughout the lobby areas. We were also fortunate enough to get a contract for the renovation of their existing building & testing facility.
