Ann Arbor Ceiling & Partition was one of the many contractors who worked on the MGM Detroit Casino Project. This overall job, at a value of over 750 million dollars, was, at the time of construction, the largest construction project being built in the state of Michigan. It consists of a 400 room hotel with 30,000 sf of convention and event space & and over 100,000 sf of gaming space. It also has several restaurants, shops, and other entertainment venues. Our contract included all of the wall and ceiling work in the back of house areas, as well as, various venues located throughout the main casino level.
