This 351,589 SF facility is a combination of Academic Facilities and Student Housing located in one common complex. This project is a major addition to the University's Academic division. It is the first new ground up dormitory building at the U of M campus in the last 35 years. Ann Arbor Ceiling secured the contract for the Exterior Framing & Sheathing Package, as well as, all the Interior Walls, Ceilings, and Door / Frame / Hardware / Specialties install.
